The classes

What your first class can be

Some classes are slow and precise, some leave you sweating. Your free first class can be any of them, all low-impact, all with certified teachers.

Movement is life

What controlled, mindful
movement changes

Less about how you look, more about how you move and feel. This is what pilates changes after a few weeks.

Stand taller

A lot of the work trains your natural, neutral spine position. Undo what all that sitting does to your back, and notice yourself standing taller over the weeks.

Feel better

More mobility, less tension. Low-impact on knees, hips and back, and week by week you feel more at home in your body.

Get stronger

Controlled, full-body work with your bodyweight and a few props. You get noticeably stronger and leave more switched-on than you came in.

The usual
second thoughts

Every one of these walks through our door every week, and leaves grinning.

"I'm not flexible enough."

Nobody is on day one. Flexibility is the result, not the ticket. You start exactly where your body is today.

"Pilates is too easy for me."

A myth. Done properly, pilates is genuinely challenging: it trains your whole body and you feel real progress. The teaching is there to make sure you do it right.

"I don't have the body type for it."

There's no such thing. Every shape, size and age moves here, and the work meets your body, not the other way around.

"Is pilates even for someone like me?"

Yes. Pilates is for everyone, wherever you start and whatever you are after. Everyone moves here side by side, at their own pace. Come as you are.

Good questions

Before you start

How personal is my plan, really?

Very. Your plan is built in a 30 minute conversation with your teacher: you define your goals together, and you then get your plan as a PDF by email, with personal suggestions. From there we keep adjusting it with you at the studio.

Do I have to follow the exact plan?

No. Every class stays open to you, the plan is a recommendation, not a cage. You can swap any session, and your teacher helps you fit it to your week.

I've never done Pilates. Will I keep up?

Completely. All levels are welcome, from total beginner to advanced, and every move can be made easier or harder. The teacher teaches from the middle of the room, so you can always follow along. First-timers are the rule here, not the exception.

Is this a real workout, or too easy?

It's low-impact and still demanding. Your own bodyweight and a few props give your whole body a real workout, and most members leave the very first class feeling more switched-on and stronger.

What's in the six-week plan?

12 classes across six weeks, curated around your goal, plus 2 bonus classes on us. It starts with a 30 minute conversation with your teacher, and you get a weekly check-in and one dedicated contact person. More than a class pass, a guided path.

Are classes in English or German?

Both. Teachers across German and English, take whichever feels more comfortable.

How do I book the free first class?

Tap any of the booking buttons on this page, pick your time, done. Your first class is free, no card needed.
